Who We Are

Health Plus Foundation is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian, and a non-political organization. We were first registered with the State of Georgia about ten years ago as Heaven-Sent Foundation International, Inc. In early 2008, the Board of Directors passed a resolution changing the name of the organization,  re-packaging and re-tooling it.  As a result  of this exercise, more services were included in three program areas: Health, Education, and Empowerment. Beneficiaries also were broadened to include Adults, Youths, and Children (AY&C).

Our Mission

We are dedicated to serving humanity within our resources at any time and anywhere the greatest needs arise. We are doing this with the conviction that human problems: diseases, poverty, hunger, educational…have no national boundaries.  We are determined to travel to different parts of the world to serve those in dire needs for our services to reduce their problems to the barest minimum.

Our Vision

This is defined according to the needs of the local community. All the same, we look forward to a time when our clients, their neighbors and friends will wake up each day and are sure that whatever their problems, there is an Organization out there that is ready to help them to solve their problems.  All they, (the clients), need to do is call or get in touch with the local Center.

Our Needs

• Health Needs:
  Our focused group will concentrate first and foremost on these diseases: Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Strokes, Prostate Cancer, Cholesterol, AIDS, STDs, Teenage Pregnancies… Our Community Specialist Clinics and Research Centers will be equipped with the state-of-the art equipment and staffed with medical specialists from the United States and elsewhere.  Food and Medicine Banks will be some of the unique features.
• Educational Needs:
  These will operate under our "Ambassadors Without Borders" program. Centers will be staffed by a Director and local volunteers who will liaise with local authorities, identify areas of greatest needs and proceed to providing them. Ultimate objective of the Program is to work with children and youths in order to identify their greatest perceived problems by setting goals, staying  focused on those goals and solving those problems. Successful participants will be crowned "Ambassadors." The latter have the opportunity of representing the Center in local, national, and international activities, traveling abroad and serving as "Mentors" to others. It will be honed-in on the participants that "It is Possible..." to be good…live within the laws of the land...attain the highest education,  perform as a professional in your chosen field, start a family, train your kids in the most envied way, and go on to become a world citizen.
